Hello, My name is Jim and I am so glad you are here. if you are reading this that means you are at least curious what this is all about like i was in December of 2025.
Here is a bit about my Journey.....
Well there was this thing a fews years back called Covid 19. I don't think I need any further explaination on that or what it was. And like a good majority of us I found myself at home, trying to work, while my wife and I raised our 5 kids.
To make what could be a long story very short, I found myself about 50 lbs overweight about 2 years into it. the world had opened back up but I didn't feel like I could ever regain myself or my body. I had lost a lot of confidence and felt run down. like all the time. fast forward to 2025 and I ended up getting a back injury by reaching for a waterbottle in my car. Yes, you heard that right. I herniated a disc in my back by reaching for my water. Well after suffering for 3 months and eventually being chair bound from level 10 nerve pain I had to get surgery. at this pount I was only about 27 to 30 lbs overweight but I was feeling like losing that was now impossible given my condition.
That is when I called up an old friend who is now my Coach. Doug Wood (on the right). Now I knew Doug helped people lose wieght for years, but I really didn't know the details. We set up a call and Doug and his Wife Thea went over the program and had no question that this would work for me and my Wife with very little exercise. I breathed a sigh of relief becuase I could barely walk at this point recovering from Back surgery. So with a leap of faith we say "Okay, Lets do it"
a week later or shipment showed up that has changed out lives so much already.
I think you can fill in some of the details, but in summary as of 2-25-26 I am down 27 lbs and have dropped by Body fat from 23.5% down to 13%.
Visceral Fat levels went from a 9 to a 5 on the inbody.
Energy levels are consistent. No more spikes and crashes!
Confidence level is up!
Now I feel I have myself back, My body back and honestly I feel 10 years Younger
I am back at the Gym trying to now build muscle while continueing to lower by Body fat %. the next inbody will show me if I am on the right track.
